




Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with key processes and personnel service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive support in Human Resources and personnel administration. 2. Support in payroll, training, and legal compliance processes. 3. Collaboration in recruitment and direct personnel assistance. **OBJECTIVE** Provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with payroll, training, personnel administration, and legal requirements (STPS / ISO / LFT), as well as proper on-site personnel service. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Personnel Administration Integration and control of physical and digital personnel files Incident tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities) Support in personnel onboarding, offboarding, and modifications Contract and signature follow-up (aligned with LFT) 2\. Payroll Entry and validation of payroll incidents for weekly/biweekly payroll Support in payment clarifications with employees Control of deductions (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISR, etc.) 3\. Training and Compliance Logistical support for training courses (attendance lists, evidence, DC\-3\) Control of training files (DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC\-4\) Tracking of annual training plan Support in STPS compliance requirements 4\. ISO 45001 / Occupational Health and Safety Support in audit evidence (competency and awareness) Documentary control of training records Support in internal communication campaigns (safety, NOM\-035, etc.) 5\.
