Industry: Manufacturing Work Mode: 100% on-site Job Description A new plant in Nuevo León requires an HR Manager responsible for designing and implementing the entire HR structure from scratch. This role will be critical to ensuring successful plant startup, labor law compliance, and building a strong, high-performance culture. Responsibilities Design HR processes, policies, and the full HR organizational structure. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and NOM-035. Conduct mass recruitment for operational, technical, and administrative roles. Manage payroll, attendance incidents, employee benefits, and IMSS personnel movements. Implement training programs, workplace climate initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. Manage labor relations and unionized environments (if applicable). Optimize labor costs and support operations in improving productivity efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing. Mandatory experience in plant startup or establishing an HR department. Strong expertise in labor compliance and audits (ISO, IATF, and ISO 14001 certification are desirable).
