Supervision of key HR processes and legal compliance HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Job Objective: To lead and comprehensively manage the Human Resources department, ensuring a healthy workplace climate, legal compliance, and proper human capital management across all organizational levels. Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising HR processes, guaranteeing timely payroll and social security payments. Proper implementation of internal policies and maintenance of the organizational structure aligned with company needs. - Labor management and legal compliance - Administration of the organizational structure - Labor relations and internal communication - Coordinate and supervise asset security, nursing services, cafeteria, and general services. - Monitor contracts, surveillance policies, and external services. - Administer the planning, delivery, and control of PPE and uniforms according to established guidelines. - Administer and optimize company benefits and perks.
