HR Coordinator. * Coordination and administration of Human Resources processes within the manufacturing and plastic injection plant. * Control of payroll incidents, attendance, vacations, medical leaves, contracts, and employee files. * Monitoring labor relations, enforcement of the internal regulations, and handling of disciplinary incidents. * Supervision of onboarding, training, internal communication, and organizational climate initiatives. * Administration of operational and administrative staff under shift-based and continuous-operation schemes. * Generation and monitoring of HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee performance. * Coordination with production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance departments to ensure operational stability. * Implementation of continuous improvement actions focused on productivity, administrative control, and labor stability. * Candidates should demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, conflict management, effective communication, and experience in high-volume industrial environments.
