Responsibilities: * Supervise that room cleaning is performed according to schedule and standards. * Participate in the training and ongoing evaluation of room cleaning processes with housekeepers (permanent staff and new hires). * Address immediate staff needs, such as providing work materials, reporting damages and malfunctions, and handling any emergencies arising in rooms that may affect guest comfort. * Verify and report proper functioning of facilities. * Verify daily work assignments according to shift and property. * Conduct monthly inventories of linens and room accessories. Skills and/or Knowledge: * Teamwork and staff management * Problem solving * Customer service * Tolerance and ability to work under pressure * Detailed housekeeping supervision Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within the hospitality industry.
