If you seek job stability, clear processes, and professional development within a strong healthcare group, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **Job Description** The Receptionist role is critical to unit operations and patient experience, serving as the first point of contact. The primary function is to deliver administrative support and clear guidance, ensuring an orderly, efficient workflow aligned with institutional protocols. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Register patient data in the system and verify information. * Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. * Guide patients regarding services, studies, and procedures. * Process payments, handle cash, and operate banking terminals. * Provide general administrative support within the unit. * Maintain order and control in the reception area. * Comply with internal guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and data protection policies. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical or undergraduate degree preferred). * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer service, reception, or administrative roles. * Basic computer and system operation skills. * Clear communication skills and empathetic interpersonal approach. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. ### **Working Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 \- 15:00 * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Location:** Av.
