Together, we pursue the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and assess environmental aspects and impacts of our operations to define mitigation and control measures aligned with regulatory compliance and SANOFI’s global standards. * Manage the environmental management system for both sites, ensuring harmonization—updating the policy, defining operating procedures, delivering relevant training, conducting audits, and tracking action plans. * Receive global HSE audits and attend inspections by government agencies in an ethical and compliant environment. Define action plans for identified findings and fully adhere to those action plans to close findings strategically. * Develop an annual work plan with deadlines and track progress against it. * Propose budgets to implement environmental initiatives that meet regulatory requirements and global standards. Review and monitor budget execution with the department, as well as vendor billing status. * Manage environmental performance indicators with local and global visibility.
