Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and structured Graphic Designer with an excellent eye for detail to join our Marketing team in the real estate industry. Key Highlights: 1. Basic video editing and dynamic content support **We are hiring: Graphic Designer!** Are you passionate about the visual world and brand identity, and do you want to see your designs reflected in real estate projects that transform the environment? We are a real estate development company based in Mérida, Yucatán, and we are looking for a creative, structured talent with an excellent eye for detail to join our Marketing team. **Responsibilities:** * Design of digital advertising materials (visual copies for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media content). * Creation of printed and sales materials (brochures, flyers, billboards, banners, and project presentation folders). * Maintain and ensure consistency of brand identity across different developments. * Support basic video editing and creation of dynamic content (Stories/Reels) in coordination with the Content team. **Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions (prior experience in advertising agencies or the real estate sector is highly valued). * **Proficient tools:** Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory). Basic knowledge of video and photography. * **Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.** * Basic knowledge of Premiere and After Effects is a great plus. * **Skills:** High creativity, excellent spelling, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong focus on meeting deadlines. **What we offer:** * **Monthly salary:** 11,000 net pesos. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weekends off). * **Work environment:** A young, dynamic, collaborative team with growth opportunities. * **Work location:** Vista Alegre neighborhood (Altabrisa area) Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Which software do you use for photo and video creation?
