General Warehouse Supervisor

Description

You will supervise the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of television components and finished products. This role ensures that production and shipping deadlines are met, maintaining a smooth supply chain and high standards of safety and organization. This position involves strategic planning, resource allocation, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the flow of raw materials for production and the shipment of finished products to meet company objectives. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. * Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment within the electronics or TV industry. * Solid understanding of best practices in warehouse management and inventory control systems. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. * Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases (ERP systems). * Logistics Coordination: Experience coordinating with transportation companies and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * Leadership and Management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing production teams. * Ability to motivate and develop staff, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment. * Planning and Scheduling: Experience developing and implementing schedules to meet goals and deadlines. * Continuous Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to identify inefficiencies, lead improvement projects, and drive process optimization. * Health and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. * Experience implementing safety protocols and conducting periodic safety audits. * Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly address production issues.
