**Job Objective** Provide general support for plant operational activities related to metal-mechanical processes, such as sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, painting, assembly, area cleaning, basic tool handling, and internal logistical support, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards required in the manufacturing of furniture and equipment for the healthcare sector. ***1. Main Responsibilities*** * Assist in loading and unloading materials (sheet metal, tubing, profiles, cut and finished parts). * Move materials within the plant following supervisor instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology in the assigned area. * Support simple material preparation operations: deburring, part cleaning, labeling, and organizing. * Assist operators in processes such as: * CNC laser cutting (material feeding and removal). * Sheet metal or tube bending (part positioning and receiving). * Welding (part preparation, clamping, pre-cleaning). * Component assembly and fitting. ***2. Technical Competencies*** * Basic use of hand tools (grinder, drill, tape measure, file, caliper). * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical materials: sheet metal, tubing, stainless steel. * Basic understanding of measurements and ability to interpret simple supervisor instructions. * Basic forklift operation (optional, if applicable). * Knowledge of basic industrial safety standards. ***3.
