Hybrid / Mexico City \| Full-time We are seeking a Frontend Engineer with solid experience in web and mobile development, passionate about performance, interaction design, and real user impact. Role Mission Build world-class interfaces and directly contribute to creating the tools transforming how millions of children learn. What You’ll Do: Advanced Frontend Development * Build high-performance, mobile\-first interfaces using React * Create reusable design systems and component libraries * Ensure an excellent user experience across web and mobile Gamification and Interactive Systems * Implement reward systems, progress tracking, and achievement mechanics * Build real-time chat and collaborative learning features * Integrate external APIs and dynamic content from AI engines Mobile Engineering * Use React Native to build and maintain mobile experiences * Optimize for low- and mid-tier devices * Ensure responsive design and offline\-first behaviors when needed Technical Execution * Work with GraphQL (queries, mutations, and subscriptions) * Integrate with Node.js for backend logic and shared data layers * Apply SRE-like principles for frontend observability, reliability, and performance We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Has 5\+ years of frontend development experience, with strong mobile focus * Proficient in **React, React Native, GraphQL, and Node.js** * Experience building cross-platform applications * Strong product and design intuition * Portfolio showcasing complex, high-impact interfaces * Team-oriented mindset and potential for technical leadership We are a diverse and decentralized team based in CDMX (remote\-friendly), mental\-health friendly, and driven by the ambition to become LATAM’s first educational unicorn.
