**Job Objective** Manage and supervise the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring its availability, optimal operation and efficient use through proper planning, control and continuous improvement of processes, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage the company’s vehicle fleet. * Ensure vehicle availability and operational readiness. * Schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage workshop, agency, verification and insurance providers. * Control and optimize maintenance, spare parts and operational costs. * Administer fleet documentation (insurance, licenses, permits). * Provide support and follow-up in road accident cases with insurance companies. * Monitor the budget allocated to fleet management. * Analyze and report operational and maintenance costs. * Implement vehicle safety policies and regulatory compliance measures. * Conduct periodic audits and compliance reviews. * Supervise and train the fleet team (administrative staff and supervisors). * Set objectives and evaluate team performance. * Propose and implement continuous process improvements. **Requirements** * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in fleet management, logistics or transportation. * **Technical Knowledge:** * General mechanics. * Maintenance and spare parts costs. * Fleet management systems. * Traffic regulations and logistics. * Safety regulations and transportation legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and time management. * Analytical ability for cost control and reduction. * Supplier negotiation. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional development. * Collaborative work environment. * Active participation in optimizing the company’s key processes.
