Job Summary: This role involves managing applications, preparing contracts and reports, following up with customers, and handling documentation for financing. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of financing applications and documentation 2. Preparation of contracts and daily reports 3. Follow-up and customer service for financed clients • APPLICATION ENTRY VIA CETELEM. • APPLICATION ENTRY VIA KUMA. • CONTRACT PREPARATION. • DAILY REPORT PREPARATION. • FOLLOW-UP WITH APPROVED CLIENTS FOR FINANCING. • INVOICE DELIVERY TO CLIENTS WHO HAVE SETTLED THEIR FINANCING. • BIOMETRIC DATA COLLECTION FROM APPROVED CLIENTS. • RECEIPT OF INVOICES AND COMPLETION OF LOGBOOK FOR SETTLED CLIENTS. • REQUEST FOR PTC INVOICES FOR CLIENT CONTROL. • REQUEST FOR PTC POLICIES FOR FINANCED CLIENTS. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Age: between 21 and 35 years Driver’s license: Class A Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
