Our people’s commitment makes us the strongest and fastest-growing customs agency in the country; therefore, we constantly seek new talent: · REQUIREMENTS ·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. ·Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in accounts payable. ·Proficiency in the following software and applications is mandatory: Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · RESPONSIBILITIES: Bank transaction reconciliation. Invoice entry into the system. Supplier payment control. Control, review, and follow-up of advances issued. Supplier-to-accounting reconciliation. Purchase order follow-up and payment. Sending supporting documents to suppliers with their integration. Control and recording of miscellaneous debtors for reimbursements and travel expenses. Onboarding of administrative and operational suppliers. Monthly transaction reconciliation.
