




Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive finance intern to support accounting, administrative, reconciliation, and collection follow-up activities in a global and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in accounting and administrative activities. 2. Collection follow-up and invoice management. 3. Bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations. At **OPmobility**, we aim to bring on board an energetic, self-motivated individual eager to learn within a global and innovative environment. **FINANCE INTERN** **Profile:** * Currently enrolled undergraduate students in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Must have a mandatory internship insurance valid for 6 months to 1 year. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps). **Skills:** * Ensure timely email delivery of invoices to customers for collection follow-up. * Assist in generating scrap invoices for plants in Mexico. * Assist in tracking scrap collections for plants in Mexico. * Upload invoices to OEM portals in Mexico and reconcile with FBL5N in SAP. * Support in accounting and administrative activities. * Record material invoices. * Record transportation invoices. * Record miscellaneous invoices. * Perform supplier reconciliations. * Maintain accounting entries. * Perform bank reconciliations. **WE OFFER:** * Financial stipend. * Professional internship certification (if applicable). * Employment type: Full-time, Apprentice. * Work location: On-site employment. * Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
