Application ID: 257268 Join a winning team with a clear purpose, committed to achieving results within an inclusive, high-performance culture. **SME EXECUTIVE** **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary * Monthly bonus * Grocery vouchers * Direct employment with the Institution * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Thirteenth-month bonus (30 days) * 20 vacation days per year * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life insurance * Professional development and growth opportunities within the Scotiabank Group **Responsibilities:** * Primary responsibility for advising, generating, and promoting new business to drive growth across the SME segment, including self-employed individuals (individuals conducting business activities), legal entities, and payroll clients within assigned branches and/or assigned territory. * Maintain close business relationships with clients in the segment and with assigned branches and their areas of influence, serving as the liaison between clients and the bank’s central departments to deliver comprehensive advisory services and high-quality service. * Establish oneself as a commercial partner to assigned branches by generating and referring payroll client portfolios to enable cross-selling and appropriate day-to-day post-sales service for enterprises and employees. * Ensure achievement of personal goals and objectives through weekly performance reviews and, where necessary, alignment of sales strategies. * Proactively schedule client appointments to promote and drive sales of SME, Payroll, Cash Management, credit, and other products—implementing and adhering to a proactive sales activity plan (scheduled calls and appointments) to deliver timely, high-value-added solutions. * Maximize profitability of the assigned current client portfolio by promoting new products and services and encouraging usage of inactive products. * Identify client needs and propose viable, integrated business solutions aligned with the bank’s four cornerstones, leveraging continuous knowledge of and monitoring of the client portfolio, as well as maintaining ongoing service-oriented communication with clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related fields; recent graduate or degree holder preferred * Experience in the SME sector.
