**Company dedicated to the design** **and manufacturing of high-quality infrastructure solutions for data centers, LAN networks, and smart buildings is seeking an** **Engineering Intern.** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Under supervision, provide general support to the Engineering department by participating in continuous improvement of production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identification and analysis of failures in processes and products. * Support in conducting time studies to evaluate production processes. * Recording and tracking scrap generated during production. * Participation in implementation and follow-up of preventive, corrective, and 8D actions. * Collaboration in continuous improvement activities using the Kaizen methodology. * Documentation follow-up (visual aids, work instructions, procedures). * General support for engineering runs and reports, bill of materials, line balancing, and 5S follow-up. **Requirements:** * Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (final semesters). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits:** * Financial stipend. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. **Work schedule: Los Pinos location, from 7:00 am \- 3:00 pm.**
