Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to quote and advise on CNC cutting tools, while maintaining documentation and reports for management. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities * Tool Quotation: Request and analyze quotations for cutting tools used in CNC processes from various suppliers. * Technical Advisory: Provide technical support in selecting appropriate cutting tools for different materials and machining processes. * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of tool quotations, orders, and receipts, as well as generate periodic reports for senior management. Education: Technician in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Additional training in CNC machining processes and knowledge of cutting tools is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in manufacturing environments with CNC machinery. * Basic knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools. * Familiarity with CNC machinery and its operation. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in basic CAD/CAM software. * Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * English desirable * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Proactivity and problem-solving capability.
