If you are ready to be part of our journey, join us as an **Engineering Change Coordinator** at our Reynosa, Tamp plant! **Objective:** The Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising inventory and demand strategy for engineering changes related to ongoing production programs and new launches. Their primary function is to ensure changes are implemented efficiently, avoiding obsolescence costs and adhering to established timelines. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\. Change Management. * Coordinate and supervise the process of request, evaluation, approval, and implementation of engineering changes. * Ensure changes are documented and communicated to all involved departments. * Maintain an up-to-date change database and track implementation progress. 2\. Interdepartmental Collaboration. * Work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement to align changes with project objectives. * Facilitate communication between technical and operational departments. 3\. Regulatory Compliance. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. * Verify that changes do not affect vehicle homologation. 4\. Process Optimization. * Identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Implement best practices in change management. 5\. Reporting and Analysis. * Generate reports on change status (costs, timelines, efficiency). * Analyze impact on project schedules. 6\. Supplier Management. * Coordinate with suppliers for correct and timely implementation of changes. **What Do You Need?** Required Education * Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field) Experience * ECO Coordinator or similar role: 3–5 years (required) * Materials or related areas: 3–5 years (required) * PC\&L / Procurement / NPI / Purchasing: 3–5 years (preferred) Languages * English: Intermediate (required) Software * Microsoft Office (required) * SAP (required) * APICS (preferred) If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, we invite you to apply through this channel.
