**Email, Windows Server, and VMware Virtualization Administrator** At NSK Consulting, we operate mission-critical technology infrastructure for high-impact clients across Mexico. We are seeking an MS Exchange, Windows Server, and VMware Virtualization Administrator with a valid MCSE: Messaging certification and at least 2 years of experience to join our Data Center operations team on-site. This role also includes administration of remote SCADA servers across 7 locations nationwide, ensuring 24x365 operational continuity\. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer the Microsoft Exchange email system (2016 or later in Cluster): mailbox provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications; distribution groups and contacts management. * Perform maintenance on Exchange databases and periodic mailbox cleanup. * Prepare biweekly and monthly mailbox status reports and conduct audits per established policies. * Validate patches (fixes) released by Microsoft and coordinate their deployment upon approval by the Data Center Manager. * Ensure proper execution of email system backups and perform requested restorations (calendar, contacts, tasks, folders, or emails). * Monitor the entire Exchange email system throughout the contract duration. * Develop and manage version migration plans for MS Exchange when released by the vendor. * Deploy new MS Exchange servers and roles according to operational requirements. * Update firmware on VMware virtualization hosts listed in the equipment inventory. * Develop work plans for VMware vSphere version migrations when released by the vendor. * Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance of physical servers. * Guarantee server environment availability (Operating System and Hardware). * Support infrastructure administration: operating systems, warranties, inventories, deployments, and test environments. * Update firmware on the 7 SCADA servers located at remote sites nationwide. * Administer and respond to SCADA server reports generated nationally. * Jointly administer SCADA server operating systems: Windows updates, user profiles, access controls, and audits. * Monitor the SCADA application across all 7 servers and restore the solution during contingencies. * Implement and manage backup schemes for SCADA servers. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE** * **Exchange Experience:** Minimum 2 years administering Microsoft Exchange 2016 or later in Cluster environments * **Windows Server Experience:** Minimum 2 years operating and administering Windows Server 2016, 2019 or later * **Relevant Role Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position * Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019 — advanced administration in Cluster environments * Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019 or later — installation, configuration, and administration * Active Directory 2016 or later — basic operational and administrative knowledge * VMware vSphere / vCenter — firmware updates, maintenance coordination, VM management in an environment of 120 VMs across 6 Dell PowerEdge R740 physical servers * Administration of remote SCADA servers (Windows Server) — remotely and on-site as required * Monitoring and alerting tools for email and virtualization systems * CA Service Desk Manager — request capture, handling, and tracking (training provided by client) * **Technical English:** Intermediate–advanced level — reading Microsoft and VMware documentation (mandatory) * **Work Modality:** On-site at the Data Center — schedule 9:00–19:00 hrs, Mon–Fri; 24x365 availability for critical incidents, including on-site attendance outside regular hours and on weekends **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Computing, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required) **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS** The following technologies are mandatory; any relevant certification or accreditation increases hiring chances. ***ATTENTION: The certifications marked below are MANDATORY and must be current.
