Acting as first responder in emergencies ETN TURISTAR LUJO Seeking your talent as: Internal Control Officer Requirements: Aged 20 to 40 years Completed secondary education One year of experience in asset security, corporate surveillance, or access control; logbook and reporting handling; Garrett metal detector operation Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Mandatory availability to work rotating 24x24 shifts · Responsibilities: Access Control: - Inspect outgoing personnel by checking backpacks, toolboxes, bags, etc., and conducting physical searches using a Garrett metal detector to prevent material loss. - Control access (entry and exit) to the facility by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. Surveillance and Monitoring: - Conduct periodic patrols of offices, parking lots, common areas, and restricted zones. - Monitor security cameras, alarms, and perimeter control systems to ensure they are fully operational. - Detect suspicious behavior or hazardous conditions (e.g., leaks, spilled flammable liquids, lighting issues, short circuits, buses, diesel storage areas, offices, workshops, etc.) to prevent serious accidents. Conduct inventory of audio-visual equipment on units that remain overnight at the facility to verify presence of required equipment; promptly report any loss or theft to the relevant department. Reporting and Communication: - Submit the Informative Logbook and activity control report to the supervisor upon shift completion for review and confirmation of task completion, including notification of any incidents. - Monitor WhatsApp groups to review evidence. Unit Dispatch for Scheduled Routes: - Request trip assignments, verifying date, name, signature, and department of the authorizing person, cross-checking against the authorized signature catalog. - Inspect the unit both internally and externally, including full audio-visual functionality, ensuring no unauthorized items are carried onboard to prevent petty theft; if unauthorized items are found or audio-visual equipment is missing, dispatch will not be permitted. - Inspect units both internally and externally to identify damages, documenting them on the Checklist form, recording driver’s name, ID, unit number, and potential damage the driver may cause. Customer Service and Protocols: - Receive and professionally guide visitors with courtesy. Act as first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security incidents, following Civil Protection protocols.
