Position Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for the repair and maintenance of electric and combustion-powered tools, providing technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Management of equipment diagnosis, repair, and delivery GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is looking for: Electromechanical Technician As a repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, air conditioners, or similar equipment Experience in customer service Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service, including receiving equipment, performing diagnosis, conducting repairs, and returning equipment. Providing consultation to customers on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, as well as in common branch areas (rotating weekly).
