Job Summary: Responsible for repairing and maintaining electric, mechanical, and combustion-powered tools, as well as providing technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Join the GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores team—we are currently seeking: Electromechanical Technician (for tool repair) As a repair technician for electric, mechanical, and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., and additionally providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in tool, household appliance, or related equipment repair. Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance. Experience in customer service. Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts). RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service—from receiving the machine, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, and returning it to the customer. Providing consultation to customers on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, as well as in common branch areas (rotating weekly). Inventory control. Preparing operational reports.
