Category: Engineering Subcategory: Electrical Engineering Employment Type: Permanent Description **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical system design for industrial plants and high-rise buildings, plus possession of a professional license. **Education Level:** Engineering degree **Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and scopes. * Prepare routing layouts, detailed component drawings, and material quantity takeoffs for client-requested work. * Develop complete electrical construction documents: diagrams, equipment schedules, calculation reports, wiring schedules, substation layout, system configuration, short-circuit studies, relay selection, control cable selection, wiring diagrams, grounding system design, grounding grid calculations, soil resistivity analysis, transformer sizing, UPS systems, emergency generators, electrical panels, load schedules, step and touch voltage analysis. * Proficiency in managing Excel-based catalog databases. * Conduct physical site surveys. * Knowledge of contract management procedures with CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad). * Up-to-date with current regulations and standards. * Deliver project documentation packages to clients. * Participate in coordination meetings as required with the facilities team / management / client. * Analyze projects to implement value engineering solutions.
