Professional development **Electrical / Industrial Automation Engineer** * Location: Monterrey, N.L. / Metropolitan Area * Competitive salary commensurate with experience **Job Objective** Develop electrical, control, and automation engineering solutions for industrial projects, participating from on-site surveys, design, programming, integration, and system commissioning. **Responsibilities** * Development of **electrical and control engineering**. * Preparation and interpretation of **electrical, power, and control diagrams**. * Design of electrical panels and component selection. * Basic/intermediate programming of **PLCs and HMIs**. * On-site surveys for new projects or improvements. * Monitoring of manufacturing, assembly, and installation. * Technical support and field troubleshooting. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, and operations teams. * Technical documentation and project delivery. **Requirements** * Degree in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation or engineering development. * Knowledge of reading and designing electrical diagrams. * Experience with control and power panels. * Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar). * Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar software (preferred). * Availability for on-site visits. **Desirable Knowledge** * Industrial networks (Modbus RTU/TCP\-IP, Ethernet/IP, Profinet). * HMI / SCADA. * Integration of sensors and actuators. * Industrial machinery safety. * SolidWorks or basic mechanical design. * Technical English. **Competencies** * Proactivity * Problem solving * Organization * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer** * Competitive salary (weekly) * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Participation in high-level industrial projects * Growth within the engineering field Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
