Position Summary: This Commercial Executive role involves monitoring and resolving shipment incidents, as well as managing documentation and maintaining constant communication with operational departments. Constant communication with traffic and warehouse departments COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or related field. Verify final delivery and immediately resolve any detected incidents or deviations (delays, damages, shortages). Supervise correct generation of waybills and manifests, and ensure documentation completeness. Handle requests, clarifications, or incidents via email, phone call, or operational WhatsApp group. Maintain constant communication with traffic and warehouse departments to ensure timely responses.
