**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position. Proven ability to operate at least 2 e-commerce platforms (Mercado Libre at expert level) **Responsibilities:** · Administration and management of major e-commerce platforms (Mercado Libre, Shein, Temu, Walmart, Amazon, etc.) · Ensure accurate product listing, availability, and presentation of the product portfolio (descriptions, images, attributes, categorization). · Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer returns or complaints promptly and professionally. · Design quarterly/annual channel-specific strategies aligned with company goals, profit margin, inventory turnover, and return rate. · Weekly/monthly reporting (traffic, conversion, ACOS/ROAS, return reasons, service efficiency) with actionable recommendations. · Monitor market and competitors (pricing, assortment, promotions, advertising) and adjust tactics promptly. · Monitor platform reputation and ratings and take corrective actions when necessary. · Ensure an intuitive, attractive, and secure user experience from search to delivery. · Coordinate with logistics and warehouses to ensure effective deliveries, competitive shipping policies, and appropriate customer service levels. · Inventory management · Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies. **We offer:** **Salary:** $18,000.00 to $20,000.00 + Statutory benefits **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hours **Work location:** Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico Position type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
