We are looking for talent eager to join this new challenge and become part of our outstanding team. **We are seeking a DO Analyst** Role Objective: Strengthen talent development and employee engagement by implementing processes for attracting, training, evaluating, and developing employees, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and consolidating a positive work environment aligned with institutional values. **Knowledge Requirements** · Recruitment techniques, competency-based interviews, and psychometric assessments. · Design and implementation of training programs. · Performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment tools. · Organizational culture and employer branding processes. · Basic knowledge of NOM-035-STPS and psychosocial risk management. · Microsoft Office suite and digital talent management tools (ATS, LMS, or equivalent platforms). **Skills** · Assertive communication and empathy. · Organization and planning. · Internal service orientation. · Analytical and synthesis capabilities. · Creativity and innovation in talent initiatives. · Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. **Experience** · Minimum 5 years in recruitment, training, or organizational development.
