A company driven by its people. *Key Responsibilities*: • Update dispatch logs Ensure dispatches by verifying data accuracy in OTM. Intermediate WMS knowledge: Generate reports on loading percentages, dock door occupancy, load status, picking status, locations, and dock door assignments. • Basic ERP knowledge • Knowledge of reporting and documentation (waybills, invoices, customs entries, purchase orders, etc.). • Shipment tracking. *Requirements*: *Bachelor’s degree completed or incomplete. *Experience using warehouse management systems (SAP/WMS). *Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday. *1 year of experience in this or a similar role, including interaction with operators. *Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). *Basic ERP knowledge We Offer: Work Location: Tultitlán Schedule: 3 rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday *$14,100 gross monthly salary + meal vouchers *IMSS, Life Insurance, SGMMayores *Savings Fund *30-day Christmas bonus *12 vacation days in the first year, 50% vacation premium *Bi-weekly payroll Connecting people, improving lives.
