Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Technician to provide comprehensive technical support for engineering projects, optimize processes, and ensure continuous improvement with high standards of efficiency and safety. Ensuring efficiency and safety in equipment and facilities. **DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN** **Purpose of the Position:** To provide comprehensive technical support across all phases of the engineering project lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for technical execution, process optimization using Kaizen methodologies, and ensuring continuous improvement, guaranteeing that equipment and facilities operate under the highest standards of efficiency and safety. **Responsibilities:** * Fulfill indicators, tasks, and reports assigned by the direct supervisor, ensuring timely closure of work orders. * Execute immediate corrective actions arising from inspections, findings, or incidents in the work area. * Provide technical support during project implementation and continuous improvement activities. * Assemble electrical and pneumatic control panels according to electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and technical drawings. * Perform industrial equipment assembly, including electrical, pneumatic, or related system installations. * Interpret diagrams and technical specifications to ensure correct system assembly. * Properly handle cutting, measuring, drilling, assembly, and diagnostic tools. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering * Experience: 2 years * Specific knowledge: Electronics, Mechanics, Pneumatics **We Offer:** * Monthly salary range: $10,857.14 - $15,200.00 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Transportation assistance bonus: $200.00 * 100% matched savings fund * 100% IMSS contributions based on salary * 30% vacation bonus * 15-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Official statutory holidays (non-working days) * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Located at: Las Huertas, Guadalupe, N.L.
