Demand Generation Executive: Responsible for driving sustained growth of the BD Vacutainer portfolio by developing, expanding, and maturing commercial opportunities within assigned accounts. Additionally, must accelerate growth in active accounts, strengthen relationships with sponsors and key decision-makers, and directly and measurably contribute to revenue growth and commercial pipeline expansion. **Responsibilities** --------------------- ### **Demand Generation and Management** * Design and execute account- and territory-level demand generation plans aligned with commercial objectives. * Conduct in-person visits to customers and key account stakeholders (laboratory, procurement, department heads, quality assurance, nursing). * Drive adoption and standardization of BD Vacutainer solutions through positioning activities, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions. * Provide market and field insights to sales, marketing, and clinical teams. ### **Growth and Operational Continuity** * Ensure consistent growth in consumption, portfolio expansion, and commercial pipeline strengthening in strategic accounts. * Conduct post-contract and post-consumption follow-up, ensuring proper portfolio supply. * Jointly manage inventory with customers, including periodic stock reviews, turnover analysis, and expiry tracking. * Identify risks related to stockouts, overstocking, or incorrect product usage, escalating incidents to sales, logistics, and clinical teams. ### **Clinical and Commercial Value Communication** * Develop messages centered on economic, operational, and quality benefits for the customer. * Use validated clinical evidence to support messaging. * Tailor messaging according to the decision-maker’s role (clinical, department head, procurement, quality assurance). ### **Collaboration with Sales Force** * Align demand-generation activities with territorial commercial objectives. * Support strategic opportunities and key accounts. * Share real-world field feedback and customer objections to improve conversion rates and enhance the value of commercial opportunities. **Requirements** -------------- * Currently reside in Mexico City. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Biology, Microbiology and Parasitology, Clinical Chemistry, or a related health sciences discipline. * Clinical knowledge of the pre-analytical phase in clinical laboratories. * Experience delivering product training. * Desirable knowledge of the medical device market in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. * Negotiation and new opportunity development skills. * Experience managing institutional accounts, recurring consumption, and contract models in clinical laboratories. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
