Job Summary: This role involves loading and unloading goods, delivery control, supporting the driver en route, and providing direct customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Loading and unloading of goods, stacking and unloading at customer locations. 2. Delivery verification: quantity, condition, and quality. 3. Assisting the driver with maneuvers and use of navigation devices. * **Loading and unloading:** Arrange and stack goods inside the vehicle before departure and unload them at customers' facilities or businesses. * **Delivery control:** Verify that products match the delivery notes, shipping documents, or invoices in terms of quantity, condition, and quality. * **On-route support:** Guide the driver during reversing or parking maneuvers, map reading, and use of mobile devices or GPS. * **Customer service:** Deliver goods courteously, resolve basic inquiries, and handle objections at the delivery point.
