In this role, you will be the backbone of our customs compliance, managing critical regulatory frameworks like Anexo 24 and 31, and ensuring our supply chain moves seamlessly across borders. If you are a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Mexican customs software and thrive in a fast-paced global trade environment, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities (What you will do):** * *Operations Management:* Coordinate and oversee day-to-day import/export operations to guarantee regulatory compliance and efficiency. * *Compliance Leadership:* Take full ownership of **Anexo 24 & Anexo 31** management, maintaining flawless data integrity. * *Inventory Control:* Manage inventory and stock control for both temporary and definitive imports. * *Logistics Coordination:* Track and coordinate carriers closely to ensure timely, reliable deliveries to our plant and global customers. * *Customs Documentation:* Execute virtual operations and accurately create *Cartas Porte* in compliance with current local regulations. **Profile Requirements (What we are looking for):** * *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, International Business, International Trade, or a related field. * *Experience:* 5+ years of proven experience in international trade and customs operations. * *Software Mastery:* Full domain of **CAMPA** (customs software) and advanced, proficient management of **Anexo 24**. * *Language:* Proficient English (advanced written and spoken communication skills are essential). * *Skills:* Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex logistical challenges under pressure. **What’s in it for you?
