Job Summary: Logistics analyst responsible for processing evidence, generating operational incident reports, and managing cargo and documentation for billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages customer documentation and evidence processing. 2. Prepares operational incident reports and handles cargo management. 3. Requires knowledge of billing and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities. - Request recovery of evidence held in custody by the operator, with the corresponding requirements for billing - Process evidence correctly (scanning, identifying incidents and reporting them as applicable, uploading to ERP) - Prepare the appropriate Operational Incident Report (OIR) - Accurately identify and store cargo under the custody of the control desk - Notify and deliver findings from evidence with incidents to the control desk coordinator - Ensure correct shipment of cargo to terminals as applicable - Handle the dispatch and receipt of courier bags, as well as register them in the corresponding database - Execute all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, department head, or General Director, according to position and technical skills. Requirements: High school diploma or technical degree.
