Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage merchandise, provide customer service for Click & Collect and in-store operations, ensuring excellent service and effective resolution of incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and supports Click & Collect logistics. 2. Assists e-commerce customers and resolves complaints. 3. Provides personalized advice on promotions and deliveries. JOB DESCRIPTION Locating and picking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory registration and proper item segregation in the Click \& Collect warehouse. Supporting requests for merchandise transfer to the store where the customer wishes to pick up their order. Assisting e-commerce customers, ensuring compliance with service protocols. Serving as the primary in-store contact point and ensuring timely handling of customer complaints and grievances, resolving them effectively. Providing personalized advice on promotions, offers, and delivery timelines to customers requiring assistance for online purchases. REQUIREMENTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Prior experience in customer service, sales floor, warehouse, logistics, or similar roles. * Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. * Basic computer and/or mobile device proficiency. * Ability to organize merchandise and track orders. * Attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. * Willingness to commute to the work location. * Professional appearance and courteous interaction with customers. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet operational objectives. **DRESS CODE:** * Tailored suit or formal attire in dark tones. * White shirt or blouse. * Black shoes. * Formal and executive appearance.
