**1\. Academic Qualifications** * **Minimum education level**: Completed junior high school (preferred). * Technical courses or training in **sewing, garment manufacturing, or textile design** (desirable). **2\. Work Experience** * Prior experience of **6 months to 2 years** in: * Manufacturing of apparel, uniforms, home textiles, or industrial products (as applicable to the department). * Operation of industrial or domestic sewing machines. **3\. Technical Skills** * **Knowledge of sewing techniques**: * Straight stitching, overlock, finishing, topstitching, and embroidery (manual or automatic). * Garment alterations, repairs, and finishing. * **Machinery operation**: Proficiency with industrial sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, collar attachment, etc.). * **Pattern interpretation**: Ability to read and work with garment patterns or templates. * **Cutting and assembly**: Experience cutting fabrics and assembling garment components. * **Material usage**: Knowledge of various fabric types, threads, and materials used in garment manufacturing. **4\. Soft Skills** * **Attention to detail**: Ensuring quality in stitching, finishing, and alterations. * **Organization**: Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. * **Patience and concentration**: Performing repetitive tasks accurately. * **Teamwork**: Collaborating with other members of the workshop or manufacturing department. **5\. Physical Requirements** * **Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity**: Precise handling of small tools and materials. * **Good posture**: Ability to sit for extended periods. * Adequate or corrected vision for detailed tasks (e.g., sewing, embroidery). **6\.
