You will manage cost adjustments related to engineering changes and perform full costing of new programs. This is an opportunity to work with various multidisciplinary teams across the country to identify cost-saving improvements and maintain program profitability margins within plants. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Costing engineering change requests documented in CNs & CRs. * Validating manufacturing processes provided for changes in CNs & CRs. * Validating labor and overhead rates for quoted changes in CNs & CRs. * Collaborating with product, industrial, and process engineers during engineering changes. * Costing new business programs. * ERP system management, particularly cost-related modules. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:** * Completed university degree. * +3 years of experience in cost accounting and engineering changes. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and reading (GD&T). * Proficiency in CAD software (2D, 3D). * Numerical and financial analysis skills. * Intermediate English (spoken and written).
