Lead and develop the finance team We seek a **Senior Controller** who will join the plant's executive leadership team, act as a strategic business partner, and directly contribute to key decision-making alongside regional operational and financial leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead comprehensive financial management for the operation, ensuring achievement of financial objectives and site-level strategic plans * Collaborate closely with plant leadership to drive operational results through robust financial analysis * Actively participate in defining medium- and long-term financial strategies jointly with regional and corporate teams * Oversee financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, and medium-term plans * Generate financial analyses to support decision-making, identifying variances and improvement opportunities * Monitor key performance indicators and support functional leaders in executing action plans * Foster a finance-oriented culture across the organization, ensuring all departments understand the economic impact of their decisions * Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives in coordination with local teams * Evaluate the financial viability of strategic projects and investments, including return and associated risk analyses * Ensure proper financial execution aligned with corporate guidelines * Coordinate and follow up on internal and external audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance * Lead and develop the finance team under their supervision **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable) * Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Strong expertise in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis * Experience in automotive or manufacturing companies * Prior experience in product costing and plant-level cost control (mandatory) * Previous leadership experience managing finance teams Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $65,000.00 – $79,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
