Job Summary: ETN Turistar Lujo is seeking a Control Desk Assistant to manage work orders, control spare parts, and generate statistical reports in SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage work orders and spare parts control in the SAP system. 2. Perform data entry and preparation of statistical reports. 3. Assist in maintaining the bus maintenance history. ETN Turistar Lujo, a luxury passenger transportation company, is looking for your talent as: **CONTROL DESK ASSISTANT** **Requirements** * Age 18–40 years * Education: High school diploma * Intermediate Office skills * Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP * **Availability to rotate shifts** * Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Night shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. *(Must be available for both shifts)* **Responsibilities:** * Generate work orders in the SAP system, entering all required data fields corresponding to each report; record repairs assigned to each technician and log their repair times. * Prepare and manage spare parts vouchers according to supervisor-authorized needs, enter them into the system for warehouse records, and once completed, deliver the voucher to the mechanic for spare parts exchange. * Enter tasks, mechanics, and execution times into the system using information from the General Maintenance Report, to obtain reliable and comprehensive data supporting the bus maintenance history. * Generate workshop statistical reports using information generated in the SAP system, enabling analysis of expenditure versus budget for decision-making purposes. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $10,100 * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Complimentary travel passes * Additional days off * Job stability **Work Location: Saturno No. 39, Nueva Industrial Vallejo, GAM, CDMX** If you meet the profile, apply through this channel
