Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in managing regulated warehouses to ensure the quality and traceability of pharmaceutical/medical device products. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and regulatory compliance A 100% Mexican company and #1 nationwide is looking for your talent—join our great team! *Requirements:* Education: Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering; QFB/QFI Experience: 3+ years in managing regulated warehouses (pharmaceutical or medical devices) Inventory control Regulatory compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in NOM\-241\-SSA1 Good warehousing and distribution practices Quality management system (ISO 13485 mandatory) Inventory control (FIFO, FEFO, cycle counts) ERP/WMS systems handling Health regulation in Mexico (COFEPRIS) Key NOM\-241 Competencies: Product traceability Documentation control Deviation handling Change control Nonconformance management Compliance with storage conditions Skills/Competencies: Attention to detail Organization and documentation control Information analysis Working under pressure Effective communication Ethics and integrity KPIs: Inventory accuracy Number of deviations Audit response time FEFO/FIFO compliance Responsibilities: Monitor inventory inflows and outflows Validate that products meet regulatory documentation requirements Ensure full traceability of each product Manage the inventory system Verify storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) Control products (expired/damaged) Prepare reports Coordinate with various departments Support COFEPRIS or certification body audits Ensure PEPS compliance (FIFO/FEFO as applicable) We Offer: *Statutory and above-statutory benefits* Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Year-end bonus Vacation bonus IMSS coverage from day one Vacation days *Grocery vouchers* Work location: Naucalpan Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Residence near NAUCALPAN required Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
