Position Summary: We are seeking a Controller to oversee the plant's general accounting, manage production costs, and prepare financial reports for management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages production cost control and financial analysis 2. Prepares budgets and reports for management 3. Supervises accounting staff and ensures KPI compliance **Position:** Controller **Department:** Finance / Accounting **Location:** Torreón, Coah. Requirements: * Certified Public Accountant (mandatory) * Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry * Advanced proficiency in SAP (CO, FI, reporting, cost analysis) * Experience in LPN (Labeling / Logistics / Lot & Production Numbering) * Demonstrable experience in personnel management and supervision * Bilingual or advanced English level (conversational and technical) * Ability to operate under corporate and international regulatory audits * Excellent proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and reporting Key Responsibilities: * Control, validate, and supervise the plant's general accounting * Manage the production cost process, standard costing, variances, and financial analysis * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports for local and corporate management * Supervise monthly closings, internal and external audits * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and current tax regulations * Control accounting inventories, fixed assets, and reconciliations * Supervise accounting department staff and ensure KPI compliance * Manage financial information for corporate decision-making * Ensure proper functioning of SAP in accounting modules and support system improvements **Send your CV to:** reclutamientotrc@gst\-global.com **Subject:** Controller Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
