Position Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement and Quality Engineer to manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and drive improvements in production processes at a paint manufacturing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System 2. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen tools 3. Promote a quality culture and process-oriented approach We are seeking a Continuous Improvement and Quality Engineer for a paint manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the recently implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, as well as driving production process improvements and operational standardization. **Main Responsibilities** **Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015):** * Administer and monitor the recently implemented Quality Management System. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements across all processes. * Develop, update, and control QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, records). * Plan and conduct internal QMS audits. * Follow up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. * Coordinate external audits and address nonconformities. * Monitor quality and process performance indicators. * Promote a quality culture and process-oriented approach within the plant. **Continuous Improvement and Processes:** * Analyze paint manufacturing processes (mixing, dispersion, packaging, storage). * Identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, waste, and rework. * Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen tools. * Implement process standardization and change control. * Train operational staff on procedures and best practices. * Support risk and opportunity management (risk-based thinking). **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality and/or continuous improvement. * Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. * Experience in manufacturing environments (chemical or paint industry preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Internal ISO 9001 auditor certification is desirable. * Age +27 years **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities.
