WE ARE SEEKING: **Continuous Improvement Coordinator** **Requirements:** Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Administration, or Textile Engineering 2–3 years of experience in a similar position **Responsibilities:** a) Execute the annual activity plan for the Continuous Improvement Department to ensure increased effectiveness and efficiency across all operational processes. b) Conduct internal quality audits per SGC\-CONCORD\-03 to obtain annual certification. c) Implement and monitor continuous improvement projects to enhance organizational process profitability. d) Perform periodic evaluations of the institutional LEAN methodology to identify improvement initiatives. e) Train organizational personnel on TOC, LEAN, and SIX SIGMA methodologies to foster awareness of how their activities impact continuous improvement. **Job Roles** a) ISO 9001 Internal Auditor b) Develop continuous improvement projects for processes Benefits: STATUTORY AND ABOVE-STATUTORY BENEFITS FROM DAY ONE Including: Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) Vacation premium (Prima Vacacional) IMSS coverage from day one Vacation time Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,800\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
