Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to handle accounting entries, tax preparation, account reconciliation, invoicing, and performance indicator management for a Mexican company. DE C.V.** A 100% Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing all types of white, coated, or printed adhesive labels, as well as distributing thermal transfer ribbons, plastic arrow applicator guns, packaging tape, stretch film, etc. **GENERAL ACCOUNTANT** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. **WORK LOCATION:** Carpinteros Street, Lot 39, Xhala Industrial Park, Cuautitlán Izcalli. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Age: 18 to 45 years old. * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Type A driver’s license (optional). **SKILLS** * Conflict resolution. * Ability to organize and plan. * Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards. * Assertive communication. * Courtesy. * Ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recording of accounting entries. * Preparation of state and federal tax returns (P.T.). * Preparation of DIOT (Taxpayer Information Return). * Reconciliation of accounting accounts. * Invoicing. * Performance indicator management. * Compliance and audits. **WE OFFER** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, and profit sharing). * Internal savings fund.
