Supervise proper execution and quality of work in accordance with specifications. Manage personnel, machinery, and materials on site. Conduct supervision and progress monitoring visits across various construction sites. Coordinate activities with clients, engineers, and suppliers. Prepare progress reports, volume tracking reports, and estimates. Ensure compliance with timelines, quality, and safety standards on site. Requirements: Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision or coordination, preferably in asphalt-related projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset. Valid Class "C" driver's license.
