Requirements: * Knowledge of gardening and green area maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in pruning, irrigation, and plant and tree care. * Knowledge of pool treatment and maintenance. * Proficiency in using gardening tools. * Teamwork skills and availability for general maintenance activities. Responsibilities: * Green area conservation. * Pruning of lawns, plants, and trees. * Supervision and operation of irrigation systems. * Pool cleaning and maintenance. * Preventive maintenance of common areas.
