Summary: This role involves purchasing international commodities and services, fostering supplier relationships, managing requisitions, and coordinating timely deliveries while ensuring compliance. Work in a dynamic international company with a focus on sustainability. **Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:** * Purchase of international commodities, supplies, and contracting services. * Execute the Purchasing activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures. * Foster business relationships with suppliers to provide the best solutions for the Company in terms of quality, cost and service. * Review and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, and agreements. * Coordinate necessary actions with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials with sense of urgency. * Track the status of orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues. * Maintain updated procurement records, including supplier/lead time and product information. * Deviation Request submittal due to delivery/BOM error/Inventory adjustments. * Workflow processing and completion – 30 days from receipt. * Follow up Plant Shortage reports updates weekly\-resolution added. * Seek to achieve KPI – Goals and objectives assigned annually, including quarterly monitoring and create action plan if needed. **Qualifications** **Required:** * Bachelor´s degree in administrative / business / trade area * 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles * Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel \& Word). * Strong negotiation, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills. * Customer service oriented. * Proficient English level B2 for business communication **Preferred:** * Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. * Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPP). * Market knowledge and supplier´s development. **Why work for Epta** At Epta, we believe our employees are the driving force behind our success.
