Key Responsibilities * Analyze and manage **salary structures, pay scales, and compensation bands**. * Participate in **salary surveys and market benchmarking**. * Evaluate **internal equity and external competitiveness** for salary proposals. * Administer **benefits programs and social security plans**. * Ensure **compliance with labor and tax regulations** (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT). * Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate **salary integration and indicator tracking**. * Drive **improvements in compensation, payroll processes, and internal policies**.
