We seek a detail-oriented and compliance-focused professional to serve as the guardian of our cold chain. **Your Role’s Objective:** You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and integrity of the cold chain, supervising the proper operation of measurement and monitoring equipment in our refrigerated transport units. Your work will be essential to maintaining the quality and safety of our products. * **Department:** Quality * **Salary:** $15,000 MXN (paid weekly). * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (with flexible hours). Profile and Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years implementing Good Storage and Distribution Practices and preserving the cold chain. * **Personal Information:** Age 25–50 years, gender unrestricted. * **Knowledge:** Quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 39001:2012\), **NOM\-059\-SSA1\-2015, NOM\-241\-SSA1\-202**5, cold chain risk analysis, and CAPA. Main Responsibilities * Manage temperature alerts and generate and disseminate monitoring records. * Investigate cold chain deviations, record non-conforming outputs, and manage corrective actions. * Support coordination and documentation of maintenance for refrigerated units. * Monitor refrigerated transport services, identifying and managing cold chain deviations. * Perform calibration and verification of measurement equipment (thermohygrometers and sensors) on units. * Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. * Generate temperature reports and data analysis for decision-making.
