Job Requirements: CNC Programmer/Operator Education: Minimum completed secondary education. Experience: Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a CNC operator and programmer. Skills: Advanced knowledge of CNC programming. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on CNC machines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Certifications: CNC programming certification is a plus. Job Responsibilities: Activities: 1. Handling advanced CAD/CAM systems with process simulation. 2. CNC programming (G- and M-codes), toolpath configuration, spindle speeds and feed rates, exporting and loading programs into the CNC machine. 3. Machine setup and assembly: selecting and mounting appropriate cutting tools; performing initial calibration (workpiece zero, tool offsets). 4. Machining execution and verification: running the CNC program and monitoring operation; performing dimensional inspection of the first part. 5. Programming CNC equipment both in software and at the machine for production of unique parts and batch runs. 6. Use of CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, SolidCAM). 7. Advanced reading of technical drawings. 8. Selection of cutting tools and machining parameters. 9. Metrology and quality control.
